- It is a standard PDF: links work in PDF and notebook apps that support PDF links, and you can write on it in apps that let you write on PDFs. Copy it to your device the way your device maker describes for PDF files
- We have not tested it on every device and app. Before you start writing, tap a few tabs to check the links work in your app
