2027 paycheck budget spreadsheet: plan every paycheck, see exactly which bills it has to cover before the next payday, and track the whole year month by month in one Excel workbook.
WHAT IT DOES
- Paychecks: every payday of 2027 is listed for you (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly or monthly). Each one shows the bills due before your next payday, what you plan to save, and what is left to spend
- Bills: room for 40 regular bills with the due day and autopay. Tick each month as you pay it, and the bill counts as spending in that month
- Monthly budget: 25 starter categories in 5 groups (bills, needs, wants, debt, savings) that you can rename. Plan vs actual for every month, and a month turns red when it passes the plan
- Transactions: a 600-row log for everything else you spend, plus extra income such as a side job or a refund
- Savings goals: set a target and a date, and see how much to put aside from each paycheck
- Dashboard: income, spending, savings and what is left, year to date and month by month. Pick any month to see each group against your plan and a 50/30/20 check
- Works in any currency
