Teacher gradebook spreadsheet for one class of up to 40 students and 60 assignments. Type the scores and the overall percent, letter grade, missing work count and every category average fill in by themselves. Works in Excel and in Sheets.
WHAT IT DOES
- Weighted categories (up to 6, for example Homework 15%, Quizzes 20%, Tests 35%) or total points: pick the mode on the Setup tab
- Enter points earned, M for missing (counts as zero) or EX for exempt (left out). Blank means not graded yet
- Overall %, letter grade from your own scale (A+ to F, cut-offs editable), missing count and each category average for every student
- Class average for every assignment, every category and overall
- Missing work in red, exempt in grey, low scores in red, each letter grade in its own colour
- Student Progress Report: pick a student and get every assignment with points, score, percent and status, the category averages and a comments box. Print it or save it as a PDF for conferences
- Class Summary: students, class average, highest and lowest, students below 70%, students with missing work, a count per letter grade with a chart, and category averages

COMPATIBILITY

- One class per copy: make a copy for each class or period
- Needs a computer or tablet with a spreadsheet app. This is not a printable and it does not connect to your school's system
