WHAT IT DOES

• Setup tab: trip name, first and last day, number of travellers, home currency, total budget, and the budget and packing category lists (up to 8 each) that become the drop-downs, all yours to rename
• Itinerary tab (120 plans): one row per plan, in any order: date, start and end time, activity, place, address, booking or confirmation reference, category, cost, paid and notes. The day number and weekday fill in from the date. A Check column flags a Time clash (a plan that starts before another plan that day ends), a date outside your trip, or a row with no date. An end time earlier than the start time counts as overnight
• Day Sheet: type a day number and that day's plans show sorted by time, with where you stay that night, the number of plans and the day's cost. It prints on one page
• Trip at a Glance: one printable page with a countdown to your first day, your stops with check-in and check-out, each day's first plan, number of plans, cost and where you stay, money booked, paid and still to pay, the checks to look at and packing progress
• Stops tab (12 stops): each city and stay with address, check-in and check-out date and time, nights, confirmation, cost and paid. It flags a check-out after the next check-in, a check-out before check-in, or nights with no stay listed
• Budget tab: planned vs booked for each category (stays, transport, food, activities, shopping and other to start), paid, still to pay, remaining and Over plan in red, plus the whole-trip budget, remaining, budget used, booked per traveller and budget per day
• Packing tab (100 items): item, category, for whom, quantity and a Y/N packed column. Packed rows turn green, with progress overall and by category. The blank file starts with 30 travel items you can change or delete
• The tabs are protected without a password, so formulas don't get typed over by accident (you can unprotect them any time)
