• Flag column: Done, Not needed, Overdue (in red), Due this week (next 7 days) or Upcoming, plus the days left for each open task
• Vendors tab: up to 40 vendors with type, name, contact, quote, booked, contract signed, deposit paid, balance due date and balance paid, and a flag: Book soon, Deposit due, Sign contract, Balance due soon, Balance overdue or OK
• Dashboard: days to go, tasks done, tasks still to do, % complete, in progress, overdue, due this week, due in the next 30 days, planning time used, vendors booked and still to book, deposits due, contracts to sign, progress by phase and by owner with progress bars, the next 10 tasks to do with due date, owner and flag, and a chart of tasks done vs left by phase
